Its purpose is to provide funding for coffee production activities, equipment for maintenance of traditional and certified farms, finance costs of certification of farms, coffee processing, pre-export quota, rust control, unpaid balances, and coffee planting.

- Working capital (Advance payment of collections and/or contracts)
- Advance funding for inputs
- Renewal of coffee plantations
- Purchase of land for coffee growing
